For my thesis project at Ryerson I produced a book with ten photoshoots I styled and photographed. Although I've been done with the project for a while, I
put so much of my heart into them that it's time I post them here. The
idea behind the book was the way the books one reads as a child go on to
influence their personal sense of fashion. Specifically, the characters
one relates to or admires ultimately shape who they become and can be
seen referenced in their day-to-day style. For me, growing up in my
dad's bookstore I would lose myself in these books and imagine myself as
the various protagonists. I think it's these characters that
contributed to my love of imaginative and quirky fashion.
To begin, my favourite. The girl who lives in the plaza and always find herself in some kind of mischief, Eloise.
